Brief Description: Main wheel fairing installation
I started the day by positioning and trimming the left main wheel fairing so it would fit over the tire and gear leg and would align with the aircraft longitudinal axis. Then I drilled and clecoed the fairing to the fairing support brackets. With the wheel fairing in place I positioned and rigged the left gear leg to the aircraft longitudinal axis. With the gear leg fairing and wheel fairing in place I positioned the intersection fairing between gear leg fairing and the wheel fairing and drilled it to the wheel fairing.
